Southern Guild artists’ works to feature on auction platform, de PURY

Online auctions used to be very, very boring because you just saw the prices going up, whereas the excitement of a live auction is that you have the whole drama and atmosphere and humour. But technologically, you can of course create that. - Simon de Pury
Stanislaw Trzebinski, Cheick Diallo and Adam Birch will each have pieces featured in an upcoming de PURY live auction entitled CREATE! – 21st Century Architecture & Design, on 26 July. De PURY is the recently launched auction platform and brainchild of Swiss auctioneer, Simon de Pury.
With the presentation surveying the best contemporary design being done globally today, Southern Guild’s artists will be in excellent company alongside luminaries such as Ron Arad, Andrea Branzi, Tom Dixon, Ingrid Donat, Michele Oka Doner, Mathieu Lehanneur, Daniel Libeskind, Mattia Bonetti, Rick Owens, Rolf Sachs, Chris Schanck, Robert Stadler, Faye Toogood and others. It will be a carefully curated mix of contemporary design, furniture, and collectible objects, with three percent of the proceeds going to the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
